Some units are year round primary residences and some are used seasonally, and a kitchen that sits idle for months develops a completely different set of problems than one that runs every day. Woodhaven, Ozone Park and South Ozone Park fill in the middle with tight brick rowhouses, many of them two family, on blocks where a service van parks on the street and the appliance comes out through a narrow hallway.
